About our Financial Expert:

Whitney Emanuel, CFP® brings a depth of expertise in financial planning and working with small business owners. As a business owner and single mother, Whitney also brings important perspective on how to balance the competing demands of entrepreneurship, motherhood and selfcare.

Whitney has been a financial adviser since 2011. She began at Ameriprise and branched off on her own to start Strategic Visionaries in 2016. She took an even bigger leap in 2019 to go completely independent from large financial services firms. She holds her Certified Financial Planner® and Certified Retirement Plan Counselor® designations along with multiple securities and insurance licenses.

Whitney works with courageous executives and business owners that want to know SPECIFICALLY how to hit their goals and are motivated to act. She believes money is simply the means to an end: not the focus of the financial plan. She develops plans for employer benefits, retirement, and college funding along with investment, estate and tax strategies. All aspects are integrated to align with core values.

As a single working parent with her own business, she understands exactly what it feels like to balance priorities. She strives to help clients, many of whom are also caregivers, achieve financial balance. Her core values are faith, service, health, family, decisiveness, and joy. She lives with her 7-year-old daughter, Zuri , and their animal menagerie. Whitney loves to serve others.
